Possible Fixes:
- Remove partially downloaded updates:
- Set time FORWARD (1st of next month)
- “C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download”
- “wuauclt.exe /updatenow”
- Control Panel > Windows Update
- Cleanup Windows Update
- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- sfc /scannow
- Reset Windows Update
- Check WSUS Server
