Install PBX in a Flash

Download and install FreePBX version 13

Set static IPs
ifconfig <= to find interface name
vim /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

/etc/init.d/network restart

"NM_CONTROLLED=no" indicates that this interface will be set up using this configuration file, instead of being managed by Network Manager service

Note:
- Asterisk 11 is old, 12 is short term, and 13 is long term
- Elastix (alternative): http://www.elastix.org/index.php/en/downloads/main-distro.html
- 12.46.12.139 as WAN server IP

Firewall ports:
SIP: TCP/UDP 5060-5082
Calling: UDP 10000-20000
Google Voice: TCP 5222
HTTP: TCP 80
